Love it so much! Gives my dog freedom to run ahead and me the peace of mind to know I can recall him when I need to. Prior to having this collar my dog was very good at ignoring my voice commands, but now with the collar he has learned to come back when called. Couldn't recommend it enough.
Had to replace the collar as I lost it got it. Delivery next day thanks guys
I bought this ecollar and loved it until my dog found it and chewed it up, so I had to buy a new. This product is 100% perfect. My Mali is very obedient but there are times when he chooses not to be and for his own safety the ecollar works great. I would highly recommend this product. I was waiting 1 day for delivery, very good.
The Team at western pet products are amazing! Customer service is 5 star! Love walking with the security of this collar.
I really enjoy using the first collar I bought training my dog that I definitely needed another seeing as I have three dogs. It's a brilliant product, arrived really quick in the post and works well. I would highly recommend getting one of these. Seeing as I already owned one collar and the remote it was so much easier just to buy a spare collar separately.
This collar has worked amazing. It arrived really quick in the post and works great, would definitely recommend
All fine efficient service
Fantastic product and great company to deal with - highly recommend
Very pleased with service and product regards Willie
Great!
Great! Thank you for sending a replacement monitor when the original one didn't work....I will shop with you again, thanks!
Remote control of gundog breeds when out for exercise is just great. Rarely need even the bell setting, but SO useful when the hunting instinct kicks in!
I bought these in May, and they arrived within 2-3 days, great service. Functionality wise these are unbelievable, my two labs where very hard lead pullers, within 1 weeks they are walking to heal. I would highly recommend 👌
Perfect replacement. Quick delivery.
Don't need to use shock button. How far away from the dogs can the remote be used? You provide excellent service.
Brilliant. Got this for six months old pup as he was getting out on the road. Never need to use the shock button. The beeper does the job and he usually comes back when called because he doesn't like the beep.
Very happy so far, made a big difference with keeping my dogs close by while off the lead
I recommend! Very fast delivery and customer service.
Great unit. Dogs received a single light shock to remind them to come back as soon as they are called. Now they come back first time, every time. The odd time they need a reminder but just the sound option is adequate. Easy to set up. Good quality. Quick delivery.
Amazing product. My dog is much calmer on a lead and now I can let her off the lead without worrying. She stays close to me at all times. Great item.
Great service and thanks again to Amy for all the help my original purchase had a fault and was replaced immediately got on the post next day fantastic customer service. Thanks
I bought two collars at the start of the year and I am very happy with them. They are very useful as a means of off leash communication with your dog when used correctly. The team were very helpful and helped resolve any queries I had pre or post purchase.
A good aid to help train strong willed dogs. Fast delivery good service.
Very good workingwith my dog 👌
