Collar works great , keeps her within boundaries. Collar was faulty after a few months Western pet products replaced it very quickly. Would highly recommend
I'm delighted with the extra collar I bought! Price wise, it is definitely value for money. I received it the following day after ordering it. It keeps my second puppy safe within the confines of my garden and gives me peace of mind knowing she has freedom to run around safely. I will certainly be telling my friends about my experience with your company!!!
Fantastic product keeps dogs safe in their compound
Very satisfied with my new collar and staff very helpful
Hi, have been using western dog collars few years find them very good only thing button turn collar on and off gets warned and damaged after few months
I haven't been able to sync the collar with the unit that we had. There were no instructions with the collar.
Great thanks so much, great customer service!
Don't have it long enough to give a proper review but the last ones we had for about 5 years and they were brilliant
Product does what it’s supposed to.Happy customer 👍
The delivery was very fast and the collar works perfectly, I feel at ease now when I let the dog out and don't have to worry about her running off. Its a great purchase thank you.
Works well to keep our dog safe
Love these collars, second time purchasing and replaced one that was done, got over 3 years out of the old one which was pretty good considering the kids kept forgetting to plug back in the protector for charging port. Will repurchase again.
Good product, keeps our dog safe
Great service. Very helpful.
Used this collars for several years, easy to use and saves having to put up boundary wire, they seem to last about 2 years before the collar tends to malfunction in my experience but transmitter works great no issues with that
Great wireless collar
Great service as usual
We had a great experience. e had a small issue with our order and customer service were amazing and sorted it straight away!
Great product, I have 2 little dogs and they love their freedom with these collars, the collars work great and there is great after care from the company.
Collars are great just pity have to be so long and big especially for puppies
Working really well. Thank you
Excellent service. Quick delivery and response when querying how to set it up
Spare collar works fabulous. Thank you so much . Also staff were so helpful emailing me on how to pair it with existing transmitter.
Perfect, easy set up
The best thing about this collar is the seller, Amy at Western Pet products offered the best service when our last collar appeared to be malfunctioning she sent us a replacement. Then with her help we discovered that our dog was after getting very clever and figuring out that after a few hours the power of the collar reduced and so he bided his time and took off on adventures late afternoon. We now take off the collar after a few hours and re charge it before putting it on him again. This is only a new development, it worked all day for a few years but he figured it out about 4 months ago so we have had to change our behaviour to match his. Amy will look after you and the item arrived in a day or two. Great product, brilliant service.
Spare collar was handy not to have to buy the whole kit again.
